Not only does our mountain home sleep 9 (in beds) to 11 (including the sofa bed) comfortably, but we have space, dishes, silverware, and towels to accommodate this size. We are 19 miles to beautiful Grand Lake (known for it's gorgeous lake with boating & paddleboarding in summer and snowmobiling in the winter)!!

There are so many activities in the nearby area (e.g. downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, tubing, sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and so much more)!
There's a jetted tub in the master bathroom to soak at the end of the day. Two covered decks on the property to sit and relax and enjoy the views! Parking on property for up to 5 cars (including 2 in the garage).
HOME LAYOUT:
For those times you want to stay inside, or after a long day enjoying the outdoors, we have an EPIC game room!! This room has foosball, a gaming table (we have several board games on site), and a Nintendo cube with games & a controller. Just around the corner is the pinball machines and one floor up is a pool table!

All bedrooms are on the upstairs level. The Primary bedroom has a King sized bed and large bathroom with dual sinks, separate shower and large jetted tub. There is also a large walk in closet with built in desk area that can be used as an office. The Second primary bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a full bathroom. The third bedroom has a Full sized bed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full sized bed on the bottom and Twin bed on top.
There is a full hallway bathroom upstairs as well.
On the main level there is the full kitchen, with counter seating, large kitchen table, family room with sleeper sofa and TV with DVD player, a half bath, a pool table and a large attached covered deck from the sliding glass door with a BBQ gas grill and a table with chairs. There is also a smaller covered deck off the front door with a gliding bench.
The downstairs level has a separate family room with a gaming system, two sofas and a large chair. There is also a foosball table, gaming table with seating, a kids table with two chairs, a pinball machine, and plenty of games and toys.
